don't think that love, to be true, has to be extraordinary. what is necessary is to continue to love. how does a lamp burn, if it is not by the continuous feeding of little drops of oil? what are our drops of oil in our lamps? they are the small things from every day life: the joy, the generosity, the little good things, the humility and the patience. a simple thought for someone else. our way to be silent, to listen, to forgive, to speak and to act. those are the real drops of oil that make our lamps burn vividly our whole life. / mother teresa

these small & intimate weddings are just the best. tracy & pierre's wedding was just them & their closest people. a small & intimate gathering in the heart of toronto, on one of the last fall days of the year, everyone offering their support & love. a girl from toronto & a boy from france. with an outlook on life that it should be fulfilling but not so busy that you don't have time to pause & see the beauty of the moment. to not just see the world, but experience all its different quirks, to embrace the silly side of things & that when in doubt, laughter is the answer. it was so exciting to get to know these two amidst a lot of dreaming about what their future holds. their day was filled to the brim with huge smiles & many tears. cute cats & pierre's group of friends who'd made the trip from france to celebrate (we got to practice our french un petit peu!). but most of all there was a lot of joy. & one of the most fun dance floors we've ever been a part of.a little video we made & more images from their day below. congratulations again you guys!
