Tag Archives: happy happy Even before cameras and photographs, it was films for me… my brother and I used to use my Dad’s camcorder to make movies when we were kids, although neither of us were very good actors, I think we just loved the process of getting the angles, coordinating the scenes, writing out the scripts. I was…  …..if that. Maybe more like 30 hours. We drove into the city in darkness on Friday night after having driven all day from Toronto. Last time we were there was 2.5 years ago, or, in other words, a lifetime. We stood watching the New Years Eve fireworks over the skyline from the banks of the…  One of our favourite places in the world… it’s where we renewed our vows to celebrate our five year wedding anniversary last year, and it’s a little corner of earth that feels like a bit of our own… and any beach where sweaters trump bathing suits is obviously ace too…. :) Just a few images… You guys. Seriously. I love every one of these! Beautiful. You guys are awesome and we miss you a lot. So good. Speaking of Jennifer Garner, I also like the movie Catch and Release. Everytime my remote finds it on television, I have to finish it. It’s kind of wonderful. (I’m a girl – and a sucker for a cheesy RomCom)
