Tag Archives: jenn and dave stark photographers let’s grab each others’ hands and go gather up experiences together, not things. let’s laugh a lot. let’s stew through problems together and let’s push each other. let’s dream and explore the unknown and together make an adventure out of our one life. ok? toronto in the springtime, 2013. these guys get married this weekend…  this is a story of two dear souls, amy and steve, saying we do. but it’s also the story of how children fill a morning of waiting, of navigating through icy snow and of kisses from grandma (and best friends), of giving a thumbs up on a job well done. it’s the story of remembering… I started tearing up halfway through. Absolutely beautiful. this is absolutely lovely. and those flower girl dresses!?!? my favorite. <3  While in Portland this past November, we had the pleasure of making a few new friends — among them, Steph and her two kids. Our friends that we were staying with put us in touch and we arranged to meet up at the local park for the afternoon, having only written a few emails back… you. guys. The slideshow is beautiful. you do realize that you are making unbelievable timeless treasures for everyone that you meet, don’t you? each one of these videos is like little windows into the past and i am just so blown away by the simpleness and beauty of them all! I smiled all the way looking through these. So full of light and love…really magical and wonderful. xx my heart is so full, you guys. watching this video brings me right back to that lovely little lodge and i can hear the laughter and the wind and the crunching of the snow. i have a smile a mile wide right now. i’m sooooo thankful (#soblessed) that i get to experience life with the two of you as my friends, and will always always treasure those three days in the mountains. thank you for helping me remember what it looked like through your eyes, and felt like through your hearts. you are remarkable. okay – right comment – wrong post. ^^^^ was meant for the Don’t Give up post, sorry you guys! But also – I love this day in portland with your new friends, and I love the way you capture childlike wonder. Love love LOVE it. xx  The night before we arrived in Colorado on our journey across America, I got an email from these guys saying hey, you should grab lunch with Drew & Angela while you’re in Denver! A few emails later and our blind date was all set :) Because sometimes you’ve just got to get out of your… such babes  .. life is broken up into chapters. and life is about serendipitous timing and looking up one day and realizing that your path has brought you side by side with someone else’s path. and for a while, for a season, who really knows how long, you get to walk in sync with them and learn… These make me miss Colorado (lived most my life there).
